2. Hosting

This website is hosted by a Germany‑based provider (all‑inkl.com – Neue Medien Münnich). For provision of the site, the host processes inventory, usage and meta/communication data (e.g., IP address, timestamps, user agent) on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Legal basis: our legitimate interests in secure and efficient provision of our online offer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Server log files

The host automatically collects server log files upon each access. Typical contents include:

Processing is carried out for technical delivery, stability and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No merging with other data sources takes place. Log files are usually deleted automatically after a few days.

4. Embedded content & external services

4.1 OpenStreetMap (map iframe)

We embed maps from the “OpenStreetMap” service. Provider: OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF), UK. Displaying the map technically transmits your IP address and possibly browser data to OpenStreetMap servers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (user‑friendly directions). See OSMF privacy information.

4.2 Links to Google Maps

We link to routes in Google Maps. When you click the link, you leave our website and Google’s privacy policy applies.

4.3 WhatsApp contact

For quick contact we link to WhatsApp. Clicking opens services of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta); IP address and device data may be transmitted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (efficient communication). Please note WhatsApp/Meta’s privacy information.

4.4 Instagram

We link to our profile on Instagram (Meta). When you access the external page, Instagram/Meta’s privacy policy applies.

Our website currently uses no analytics tracking. Only technically necessary information is processed to deliver the site. If we later use optional services (e.g., analytics, embedded media), we will inform you here and—where required—obtain your consent first (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6. Contact by e‑mail or phone

If you contact us, we process your details (e.g., name, contact data, content of your inquiry) to handle your request. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre‑contractual communication) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication). We delete inquiries once completed unless statutory retention obligations apply.
