2. Hosting
This website is hosted by a Germany‑based provider (all‑inkl.com – Neue Medien Münnich). For provision of the site, the host processes inventory, usage and meta/communication data (e.g., IP address, timestamps, user agent) on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Legal basis: our legitimate interests in secure and efficient provision of our online offer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Server log files
The host automatically collects server log files upon each access. Typical contents include:
- IP address, date and time of request
- Time‑zone difference to GMT
- Requested content (specific page) and access status/HTTP status code
- Transferred data volume
- Referring website (referrer)
- Browser, operating system and interface
Processing is carried out for technical delivery, stability and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No merging with other data sources takes place. Log files are usually deleted automatically after a few days.
4. Embedded content & external services
4.1 OpenStreetMap (map iframe)
We embed maps from the “OpenStreetMap” service. Provider: OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF), UK. Displaying the map technically transmits your IP address and possibly browser data to OpenStreetMap servers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (user‑friendly directions). See OSMF privacy information.
4.2 Links to Google Maps
We link to routes in Google Maps. When you click the link, you leave our website and Google’s privacy policy applies.
4.3 WhatsApp contact
For quick contact we link to WhatsApp. Clicking opens services of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta); IP address and device data may be transmitted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (efficient communication). Please note WhatsApp/Meta’s privacy information.
4.4 Instagram
We link to our profile on Instagram (Meta). When you access the external page, Instagram/Meta’s privacy policy applies.
5. Cookies, local storage & tracking
Our website currently uses no analytics tracking. Only technically necessary information is processed to deliver the site. If we later use optional services (e.g., analytics, embedded media), we will inform you here and—where required—obtain your consent first (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
6. Contact by e‑mail or phone
If you contact us, we process your details (e.g., name, contact data, content of your inquiry) to handle your request. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre‑contractual communication) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication). We delete inquiries once completed unless statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Lower Saxony (Germany), for example: the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (30159 Hannover).
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution by unauthorized persons. Transmission between your browser and our server is encrypted (TLS/SSL).
10. Storage periods
Unless otherwise stated in this policy, we process personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist.
11. Changes
We will adapt this privacy policy if our processing or the legal situation changes. The current version is always available on this page.
